Do you ship internationally?

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE WRONG ORDER?

You must email us within 24 hours of receiving the order at info@musclestation.com.au with your order details and describe in brief about the mistake.

 

When will you dispatch my order?

As soon as payment lands and we have all products in stock as per your order and your order placed in before 1pm Melbourne time on a business day, we will ship it out that same afternoon. If we do not have all your products in stock, we will try to contact you throughout the day by phone and email to see what we can sort out for you. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will hold your order until we can get in touch.

 

CAN I CLICK & COLLECT IN-STORE?

Click and collect is available from our store in Victoria Australia.

HOW TO USE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICES?

Shop online and then you can pic and collect from our Victoria store with proof of your purchase. You just need to click on box pic up from store during the checkout page. No shipping or handling charge will apply.

How can I track my order?

Check your email and copy your tracking number into the below portal

WHAT IF I CANNOT TRACK MY PURCHASE?

Due to some technical errors with the courier services this may happen, but the parcel is always in the transit. For delays more than expected time, please contact us at info@musclestation.com.au

What should I do if I have not received my order by my expected delivery date?

If you have not received, you order in 4 ~ 5 business days then you should give us a call on 0414209565 or send us an email info@musclestation.com.au  so we can chase this up for you.

HOW DO COUPON CODE WORKS?

We run special offers using sign up coupon codes. Only one coupon code can be used only one-time purchase. To use a coupon, enter the code on the final checkout page during checkout

MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For use the Coupon code you need to first login into the account, so if you did not create yet please sign up first. You can use the Coupon code only on full price products. You cannot use on any clearance items, special deals or already reduced prices etc... You can only use coupon code once.

I DO HAVE ANOTHER ISSUE?

HOW DO I REQUEST FOR A RETURN?

We only accept returns if product is damage from our side. We do not accept returns and refunds if you change your mind. Please contact Asap to our admin team on call 0414209565 or email us info@musclestation.com.au and provide your name, and order number.

HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKE?

Once we received the payment, we dispatch your parcel ASAP. Normally all customers receive the items in 4 to 5 business days if you ordered before 1pm working days "Monday to Friday”.
