Use one level scoop (40 g) with either juice, a protein drink such as ISOFLEX and 12 oz (355 ml) of cold water. To be used during training or immediately post-training depending on your needs, or anytime your carbohydrate requirements call for a high-quality complex carbohydrate fuel source.
